From September 21 to 24, around 420 exhibitors will be presenting their products at NUFAM. These includes world firsts, innovations and more.

Around 420 exhibitors, more than ever before, will be presenting themselves and their products at NUFAM - the commercial vehicle trade fair covering around 80,000 square meters at the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre from 21 to 24 September. The exhibitors cover the entire spectrum of the commercial vehicle industry.

Gergen

GERGEN will be presenting an Apollo 2.0 series hooklift and an ADONIS 6.0 series skiploader with a TTA 13 ADONIS trailer. These are the latest evolutionary stages of the respective product series with a wide range of innovative and familiar equipment options. A particularly outstanding feature of the GERGEN hooklifts is the electronic-free control system with its very high level of reliability.

Glasurit

At the NUFAM trade fair in Karlsruhe, Glasurit will be presenting its entire product range and the latest innovations in the field of vehicle painting. Together with the exhibitor 4wheel24 from Hasloch, which specializes in special vehicle construction, two exclusive expedition vehicles with special paintwork will be on display. At the stand in Hall 2, D205, visitors can find out about Glasurit's high-quality range of products and services in addition to the paint structure.

Gleichauf

Gleichauf GmbH, a certified Continental dealer based in Villingen-Schwenningen, will be presenting the new intelligent tachograph for the first time at the NUFAM trade fair in Karlsruhe. The version of the intelligent tachograph specified by the EU Mobility Package 1 brings with it new and partially modified functions and provides reliable data for more efficient controls in international freight transport.

Golitah Trans-Lining

In a Maxus eDeliver 3, provided by Ebert Automobile, we will be showing all interested parties our award-winning food conversion, the Trans-Clean® hygiene conversion. The load compartment extension for HACCP-compliant food transportation without temperature control. In a Renault Master, we will be showing our Trans-Cool fresh food extension launched this year. It turns your delivery van into a refrigerated vehicle for foodstuffs in the temperature range from 0°C to +15°C in accordance with food hygiene regulations & DIN 1815.

GP Joule

We are the only company in our sector in Greece and one of the few in Europe.

GTÜ

GTÜ Gesellschaft für Technische Überwachung mbH is the largest officially recognized motor vehicle inspection organization of freelance motor vehicle experts in Germany, making it one of the largest expert organizations in the world. It sees itself as a comprehensive network of experts. 2,500 self-employed and full-time experts as well as more than 2,600 test engineers and their qualified employees are available at around 10,300 test centers in garages and car dealerships as well as at more than 800 own test centers of the GTÜ contract partners. The GTÜ test engineers work in the interests of road safety and environmental protection.

Handwerkskammer Unterfranken

For over 16 years, the Fahrzeugakademie, a training center of the Chamber of Crafts for Lower Franconia, has been offering the “Master Automotive Technician Course with a Focus on Commercial Vehicles”, which is unique in southern Germany. At our information desk in Hall 2, Stand E 212, interested parties can obtain non-binding advice on the attractive funding opportunities of up to 96%.

Hellwach mit 80

Board member and spokesperson for the prevention association “Hellwach mit 80 km/h e.V.”: “This is our second time at NUFAM. We have the unique opportunity here to meet not only the drivers, but all the players involved in the supply chain in order to convince them to work together to reduce truck accidents at the end of traffic jams.”

Humbaur

Humbaur is one of the largest companies in the world of trailers and vehicle bodies. The owner-managed family business offers around 420 different standard trailer models for commercial and private customers and 230 models of its FlexBox vehicle bodies. With 600 employees, around 60,000 trailers a year are produced at the Gersthofen site. The expert for trailers and transport solutions from 750 kg to 50 t total weight operates nationally and internationally and also manufactures special and customized solutions. Over 500 dealers in Germany and 26 European countries offer competent contacts right on the doorstep.

Institut für Weiterbildung, Wissens- und Technologietransfer

ALFRIED stands for automated and connected driving (AVF) in logistics at the Friedrichshafen test site. The BMDV-funded project deals with the challenges of inner-city goods transportation and factory traffic in a complex traffic system. This traffic is often perceived as an obstacle or even a danger for other road users. Improved traffic flow can increase traffic efficiency for the safety of all road users, reduce congestion and achieve positive environmental effects for affected residents. AVF and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) provide solutions for this.

JIT Play

“From the industry, for the industry”, JITpay™ has developed innovative products to solve the problem of long payment terms in the industry. As a financial services provider specializing in the transport industry, JITpay™ takes over the entire invoicing process for the contractor. It uses a modern, digital factoring program that provides transport companies with immediate payment of their receivables and clients with flexible payment terms.

Jonesco

Jonesco has been manufacturing tough, reliable mudguards for commercial vehicles for over 50 years and will be showing examples from its well-known X-Gard and HighGard ranges. HighGard are tough, versatile and affordable extruded mudguards available in a wide range of sizes. X-Gard is the premium option, robust roto-molded fenders that are also available as flat-tops and tandems.

JOST

JOST makes the demanding job of a truck driver easier with the latest safety technology and smart assistance systems for commercial vehicles. At NUFAM 2023, the international audience will be able to experience the portfolio in the hall and on the open-air site. Highlights include the KKS automatic coupling system with the new retrofittable KKS-U Connector and the King Pin Finder.

JUNGE

As one of the market-leading body manufacturers, Junge Fahrzeugbau GmbH will also be represented as a co-exhibitor with several exhibits on various trade fair stands. A wide variety of body solutions from the LIGHTSTAR, LOADSTAR and BIKESTAR product ranges for distribution transport right up to the last mile will be presented to trade visitors.

ReFuels / KIT

Synthetische Kraftstoffe aus erneuerbaren Energien, sogenannte reFuels, versprechen eine bis zu 90-prozentige CO2-Reduktion gegenüber herkömmlichen Treibstoffen. Sie können in großen Mengen hergestellt und schon heute in fast allen Fahrzeugen insbesondere auch im Schwerlastverkehr eingesetzt werden. Das haben Forschende des Karlsruher Instituts für Technologie (KIT) in großangelegten Projekten bewiesen. Die Plattform InnoFuels soll die vielen nationalen und europäischen Forschungsvorhaben zur Weiterentwicklung, Produktion und Anwendung von Power-to-Liquid- und Biokraftstoffen vernetzen, Synergien aufzeigen und so dabei helfen, insbesondere die Produktion größerer Mengen strombasierter Flüssigkraftstoffe zu beschleunigen.

Kögel

Kögel is one of the leading trailer manufacturers in Europe. With its commercial vehicles and transport solutions for the forwarding and construction industries, the company has been offering engineering-driven quality “Made in Germany” for more than 85 years. Kögel believes it has a responsibility to make transport and logistics processes environmentally and climate-friendly in agreement with politicians and customers.

Königsberger Landungssicherungskreis

Der Königsberger Ladungssicherungskreis e.V. KLSK® entstand aus der Idee, Experten aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Ladungssicherung zum Erfahrungsaustausch an einen Tisch zu bringen. So wurde 2002 der Königsberger Ladungssicherungskreis e.V. KLSK®, der als gemeinnützig anerkannt ist, gegründet. Absolute Neutralität ist oberstes Gebot des Vereins. Ziel des KLSK® ist nicht die Vermarktung von Produkten. Einzig die Erhöhung der Verkehrssicherheit haben wir uns auf die Fahnen geschrieben. Allerdings gibt es technische Hilfsmittel, die das Erreichen des Vereinsziels unterstützen können, jedoch am Markt nicht vorhanden bzw. nicht erhältlich sind. Diese werden durch den Verein selbst hergestellt oder in Auftrag gegeben und vertrieben.

KRESS Fahrzeugbau

KRESS Fahrzeugbau GmbH is a medium-sized family business that has specialized in the development and production of economical, efficient refrigerated vehicles and refrigerated bodies in premium quality for 20 years. In Meckesheim near Heidelberg, around 500 refrigerated vans, refrigerated trucks and refrigerated trailers are specified and completely manufactured every year. KRESS works together with all renowned commercial vehicle manufacturers.

Krone

As a holistic mobility consultant, KRONE focuses on an overall view of its customers' mobility needs. As one of the pioneers in innovation and sustainability, the company will be presenting its current portfolio at NUFAM 2023. One highlight is the 5th generation Profi Liner, on which KRONE will be highlighting its load securing solutions. In addition, the family-owned company is promoting trailer service with a comprehensive service package consisting of financing, flexible service modules, spare parts service and 24-hour breakdown emergency call.

KRPAN

PIŠEK-Vitli KRPAN was founded in 1977 and is today one of the world's most recognized companies in the forestry machinery industry. Our main product is the forestry winch. The production program also includes other forest machines, such as forest trailers with cranes, log splitters, firewood processors, circular saws with conveyor belts, firewood bundlers, tractor tipping boxes, heavy timber cranes, grapples and other forest machines.

Langendorf

Langendorf GmbH was founded in 1889 and is based in Waltrop (eastern Ruhr region). Around 400 employees produce over 1,500 vehicles a year. The product range includes inloaders for transporting prefabricated elements made of concrete, bricks or wood, inloaders for flat glass as well as double-decker inloaders with box bodies, tipper semi-trailers with steel or aluminum troughs, tipper bodies for motor vehicles, low-loader trailers and low-loader semi-trailers. In addition, a wide variety of special bodies are designed and manufactured in Waltrop according to customer specifications. Langendorf Service GmbH, which handles all maintenance and repairs, and Langendorf Trading GmbH, which sells and rents out used vehicles throughout Europe, are also part of the group of companies.

Mansio

Three Aachen-based innovators - MANSIO GmbH, PEM Motion GmbH and the FIR at RWTH Aachen University - are presenting an innovative transport system for road freight transport and a smart anti-theft device for trailers at NuFam 2023. The MANSIO transport system is based on the principle of encounter traffic: during the course of a transport, a truck hands over its semi-trailer to another truck and returns to the region of origin with the trailer of another haulier. This solution enables haulage companies to reduce their transport costs, maintain their independence, improve working conditions for drivers and, in the long term, make an active contribution to environmental protection.

Prinx Chengshan, founded in 1976, is a modern tire manufacturer with a portfolio ranging from passenger car/SUV/4x4 and van tires to truck and bus tires. The company sells the four renowned tire brands Austone, Fortune, PRINX and Chengshan. Prinx Chengshan Europe will be exhibiting at NUFAM together with wholesale partner Küke. The tire manufacturer is concentrating on its truck range in Karlsruhe and will be presenting only bestsellers and new developments.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Transport Europe GmbH

MTTE was founded in Osnabrück in 2018 with the aim of bringing environmentally friendly and service-friendly transport refrigeration systems for a quieter and more efficient cold chain to the market. MTTE is a joint venture between Mitsubishi and refrigeration unit specialist HEIFO, which has been the general importer of Japanese Mitsubishi refrigeration units since 1998.

Neovaria

Neovaria OHG will be presenting two product groups in particular with its own demonstration vehicle. The BEKS drawer system and sliding block fittings. The BEKS drawer system is based on a unique pull-out mechanism that requires no lateral telescopic slides and is therefore virtually maintenance-free. The system is made of lightweight and durable materials, has a modular design, can be combined in height and width as required and can be extended with a wide range of accessories. Our sliding block fittings offer a drill-free fastening solution for all standard van seat rails. The sliding blocks are designed to attach vehicle fittings, dog boxes, bicycle carriers or similar and can be offset in the respective seat rail in the existing grid dimension.

NEV Nutzfahrzeug-Engineering GmbH

NEV Nutzfahrzeug-Technik GmbH was founded in Hagenbach in 2007 and currently has 22 employees. Since its foundation, the company has worked closely with F&B Nutzfahrzeug-Technik GmbH, a conversion partner of Daimler Truck AG for over 25 years. In close cooperation, many of the designs developed at NEV have already been realized there. External customers have also benefited from our design and development services.

Padoan

Padoan Deutschland GmbH will be presenting Padoan Srl's commercial vehicle tanks, hydraulic tractor equipment and hydraulic components at NUFAM 2023. The special feature of the products is the outstanding quality and the price-performance ratio of the individual components as well as the configuration of the tractor hydraulics exclusively according to customer and application requirements.
